We are primarily based in Michigan and the Midwest, with satellite operations and capital functions in Menlo Park, California. Our current and upcoming developments

We build and invest in both urban infill and suburban garden-style housing.

Yes. We operate as the in-house general contractor on all Paloosh projects. This helps us maintain control over:

• Quality assurance

• Subcontractor relationships

We use a pre-qualified vendor system. All subcontractors must be:

• Licensed and insured

• Experienced in their trade

• Aligned with Paloosh’s timeline, safety, and quality standards

We maintain a robust Vendor Database and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Currently, we focus on Paloosh-owned projects only. Strategic partnerships are considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Are reflected in a live, trackable sworn statement

Paloosh Capital exists as the investment and financing arm of Paloosh Companies. While we have previously structured offerings under 506(b) guidelines, we are not soliciting investment at this time.
