Yes. We operate as the in-house general contractor on all Paloosh projects. This helps us maintain control over:

How do you hire subcontractors?

We use a pre-qualified vendor system. All subcontractors must be:

  • Licensed and insured

  • Experienced in their trade

  • Aligned with Paloosh’s timeline, safety, and quality standards

We maintain a robust Vendor Database and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Can Paloosh Construction be hired for third-party builds?

Currently, we focus on Paloosh-owned projects only. Strategic partnerships are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How do I apply to live at a Paloosh property?

  • Select your desired unit type

  • Complete the online application and submit income verification

  • Pay the $100 admin fee and $30 application fee (per adult resident)

What amenities are offered?

Amenities vary by property but often include:

  • Clubhouse & fitness center

  • Smart technology packages (Wi-Fi, smart locks, smart thermostats)

  • On-site management and maintenance

How do I request maintenance?

  • Log into the Resident Portal

  • Submit a work order

  • Track status updates

Emergency maintenance lines are also available 24/7.

Do you accept housing vouchers?

Our leasing policies follow all state and federal guidelines. Contact the property manager for specific eligibility criteria.

What types of homes do you offer?

  • Custom homes (from scratch)

  • Semi-custom homes (based on curated base plans)

  • Move-in-ready spec homes

  • On-site management and maintenance

Each home is thoughtfully designed with:

What is the typical homebuilding process?

Yes. All upgrades:

  • Are reflected in a live, trackable sworn statement

Do homes include a warranty?

Yes. Every Paloosh Home comes with a 1-year builder warranty covering:

  • Workmanship

  • Systems

  • Structural components

Can I invest in a Paloosh project?

We are not currently accepting new investors.
Paloosh Capital exists as the investment and financing arm of Paloosh Companies. While we have previously structured offerings under 506(b) guidelines, we are not soliciting investment at this time.
