Aaron Palushaj

Founder & CEO

Previously, Aaron Palushaj built his career on the discipline, teamwork, and drive shaped by his hockey journey, including playing for the University of Michigan and competing in the NHL. Transitioning from professional athletics to real estate, Aaron founded Paloosh Companies, a fully integrated firm that develops, builds, and manages residential communities and custom homes.
Aaron oversees multiple arms of the company, including Paloosh Homes, Paloosh Construction, Paloosh Living, and Paloosh Capital. Over the past 15 years, he has led the development of custom homes and multifamily communities such as Mineral Lofts and The 1873, collectively representing hundreds of residential units and millions in real estate value. His leadership is driven by the same bold ambition and relentless work ethic that propelled his hockey career, now applied to building thriving communities and delivering exceptional projects.

Tom brings decades of boots-on-the-ground experience to his role as President and Construction Supervisor of Paloosh Companies. Tom plays a critical role across all Paloosh developments, ensuring that what’s drawn on paper becomes reality on the ground. Yes. We operate as the in-house general contractor on all Paloosh projects. This helps us maintain control over:

How do you hire subcontractors?

We use a pre-qualified vendor system. All subcontractors must be:

  • Licensed and insured

  • Experienced in their trade

Can Paloosh Construction be hired for third-party builds?

Currently, we focus on Paloosh-owned projects only. Strategic partnerships are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How do I apply to live at a Paloosh property?

  • Complete the online application and submit income verification

  • Pay the $100 admin fee and $30 application fee (per adult resident)

What amenities are offered?

Amenities vary by property but often include:

How do I request maintenance?

Do you accept housing vouchers?

Our leasing policies follow all state and federal guidelines. Contact the property manager for specific eligibility criteria.

What types of homes do you offer?

Each home is thoughtfully designed with:

Do homes include a warranty?

Yes. Every Paloosh Home comes with a 1-year builder warranty covering:

Can I invest in a Paloosh project?

We are not currently accepting new investors.
Paloosh Capital exists as the investment and financing arm of Paloosh Companies. While we have previously structured offerings under 506(b) guidelines, we are not soliciting investment at this time.
