Aaron Palushaj
Founder & CEO
Previously, Aaron Palushaj built his career on the discipline, teamwork, and drive shaped by his hockey journey, including playing for the University of Michigan and competing in the NHL. Transitioning from professional athletics to real estate, Aaron founded Paloosh Companies, a fully integrated firm that develops, builds, and manages residential communities and custom homes. Aaron oversees multiple arms of the company, including Paloosh Homes, Paloosh Construction, Paloosh Living, and Paloosh Capital. Over the past 15 years, he has led the development of custom homes and multifamily communities such as Mineral Lofts and The 1873, collectively representing hundreds of residential units and millions in real estate value. His leadership is driven by the same bold ambition and relentless work ethic that propelled his hockey career, now applied to building thriving communities and delivering exceptional projects.
